The 2020 (2021) tournament might have been different CtC. I saw a couple of games in St. Petersburg and I'm pretty sure the Carlsberg they were selling was regular strength. If not there were a few lightweights around me.

No they actually said beer would be sold in stadia in the build up to the tournament particularly in sales brochures for travel packages. Well they can now say thats right - its just not alcoholic.
