How can you call it a lie if he was acting on the information he had at that point, a pandemic in our lifetime is unique and fast moving, I would still follow the science and medical advice than just give up and take the chance.

You know aswell as I do the billions of dollars pumped into the various different vaccine programs wasn't going to end with just two jabs. That's just common sense.

So is your issue with misinformation or the inconvenience of additional jabs and restrictions?

Come on Randy, you are better than this. There is a new variant that is avoiding the vaccines. You know this. There might be another new variant in 3 months and we might need another jab. Fair enough if you don't want your booster don't take it but your post is a little disingenuous.

So stuck with the threat of lockdowns and business closures for the rest of time regardless of how severe or mild any variant may be? Nah not for me that like.
Posted on another thread I'll await my invite for the booster and go from there.

Let people choose. 21 months in and it's still a one cap must fit all strategy. Billions wasted on track and trace measures that could have been used to support those who don't want to get back to normal yet. Billions wasted on furlough paying people like me who absolutely wanted to work but weren't allowed to.

Here's a small example of what media scaremongering has done to a business over the weekend. The Treebridge just outside of Great Ayton has lost £11,000 this weekend alone in Xmas party cancellations. £11,000!


MP's are elected by the people to serve the people. Not the other way round. Yet the majority of the population seem to have forgotten this.

10 people out of 67 million in hospital with a positive Omicron variant test and yet the country is on its knees again. God forbid what would be dictated if this country was ever the victim of a military invasion.

I kind of agree Randy but Xmas parties are allowed - people have chosen to cancel them.

The more we look at the data from Europe and Asia, it's looking like a more compelling argument that Covid is stimulated [more] by colder weather, especially the recent variants which have been nothing like the original outbreak.
