Birmingham unlike us we’re full of confidence going into the game looking to extend their unbeaten run to 5 games as well.

Like most games, there were positives and negatives.
Positive that we got 3 very important points, good team selection particularly playing one of the youngsters (who did well) and starting with Muniz and Akpom, very good display by Steffen. On the negative side, I did not like the way we left their player unmarked on the edge of the penalty area when we conceded corners, and by not leaving someone like Giles on the half way line we have no outlet.
Overall I went home very happy, despite being forced to visit Hartlepool on the way home up the A19 due to road resurfacing.
