Josh Coburn...

I have been disappointed that we have found ourselves in a situation where we are starting Conurn given we wanted to try and loan him out to Plymouth a month ago. But based on what I've seen in the last 2 games, the lad deserves a run of games. He's been fantastic and has helped bring other players into the game.

The only concern is goals. How many will he get? We will definitely need the 3 behind him to be getting plenty.

Good game for the lad, I'd very much like to see Lath playing off him to be honest. He won a lot of flicks and knock downs. I think him and Lath at 9 & 10 swapping about could be very effective.

I'd love to know WTF Greenwood is like in training too. I've not seem him do anything of note in his sub appearances to be honest. He's not our player, I'd rather Lath or even Rogers was brought on in the hole instead of Crooks.

I'd like to see him playing with Latte Lath. LL gets himself in goal scoring positions (albeit he's missed a few!) So with Josh doing the physical stuff it will free LL to focus on putting the ball in the net.
I can see why Carrick wants Crooks on the pitch at times. He can be a frustrating figure in an attacking sense, but when you need a player up there to lunge in and stop an opposition break, or to win a high ball and play it simple he is capable of it. I'd say Crooks did pretty well today in a much better team performance.

Last time that I saw Rogers come off the bench, every attacking move broke down when the ball went to him. Today was a nervy ending, and I can see why he was not sent on this time.
