I don’t think that’s fare he is much more than that.and he is the next cab off the rank.
My issue is you bring on grealish but don’t support him with his teammate.

Just an expression. He’s the sub that most people think should start, there’s always be one if you don’t win.I don’t think that’s fare he is much more than that.

He's done nothing in an england shirt though and who do you drop? He clearly has talent, but sometimes it takes time for a player to find their international feet, and he hasn't yetWhat does pep know eh
He is the best midfield player in England.
I think I prefer your Sturgeon obsession. What does pep know eh

I’m saying from the bench at least he should have been on that pitch last night. He's done nothing in an england shirt though and who do you drop? He clearly has talent, but sometimes it takes time for a player to find their international feet, and he hasn't yet
I think he's one of a number of players that could have been chosen. I agreed with getting Rashford on because he has a bigger goal threat for England than Foden. He's stronger, more direct, more able to get in behind, and more of a goalscorer. So it was a straight choice between Grealish and Foden. He chose Grealish, I have no problem with that....and 18 months ago everyone was screaming that Grealish was the saviour and must get game time, now it's moved on to Foden. The personnel wasn't really the issue, the intensity of play was the issue, the players approached the game too complacent, and could never really find a way to lift their energy to compete.I’m saying from the bench at least he should have been on that pitch last night.
Or dont you think he warrants any minutes either.
Foden is a superior player to Mount in almost every way but there must be a reason he's not getting in ahead of him.
Can't play to instruction? Unlikely as he plays for Pep.
Doesnt fit the system? Potentially, he's not played much in a midfield three for city and Southgates expectations for the wide men are different to peps
Could be related to the Iceland incident?
Mount is playing as an 8, Foden doesn't have the physicality to play an 8 yet. he may end up there for City in a couple of years and then for England too, but Pep plays him wide for a reason.Foden is a superior player to Mount in almost every way but there must be a reason he's not getting in ahead of him.

That’s my worry as well.Could be related to the Iceland incident?

definitely defensively, also some players are 180 players and some are 360. In the centre of the pitch you need 360 awareness with the ball to see opportunity and the press, without to see space, and runs. 180 players are better suited out wide where the touchline protects them. I need to watch Foden more closely and see if that's why he isn't played centrally.I would imagine it’s tactically / defensively. Pep never plays him in central midfield either
He did but Silva was experienced enough to compensate for his frame. Being lightweight and inexperienced is double the trouble. Not sure it’s a physicality thing. Pep played David Silva there for years
