The end?

A channel worth following. This video is very good in lots of areas PMCs/Power struggles/Ukrainian NATO position (or problems with).

On Anthrax

"Irony...
Sometimes it is applied so heavily by fate that you need to iron it out.

One of the purported reasons for the invasion was to stop the supposedly US funded Biolabs in Ukraine, according to Sad Horse (Lavrov) there was 27 of them in Ukraine.
In those Biolabs the Ukrainians supposedly according to Peskov weaponised Anthrax for use against Russia.
Obviously this was just a load of horse**** to begin with, there are none of course.

Anyway, if you scream enough about Biolabs you apparently get cows.
Dead cows.
In a cow cemetery.

And since the invasion to stop the non-existing Biolabs was going spectacularly badly for Russia they needed a lot of trenches dug.
And a lot of soldiers and civilian contractors to dig them in nice and ineffective straight lines on a map.

Small things like Cow Cemeteries are not important when you dig your nice sparkly trenches is in the honour of the Great Patriotic Biolab War.
So, hundreds of soldiers and dozens of contractors diligently dug straight through the world's largest Cow Cemetery.

Let us now pause and ponder the fact that cows tend to be eaten and not ceremoniously burried in Cow Cemeteries.
Why now would hundreds of tasty cows be burried instead of being BBQ'd?

In the end Russia discovered why, they were cows in the largest cow related Anthrax pandemic in Europe, it affected Cows, Humans, Pigs, Horses...
So, the Soviet Union used bulldozers and dumped them down, marked the Cow Cemetery and kerpoofed into the annals of failed empires, together with all the records of it ever having existed.
The locals knew that it existed, and avoided herding where it is.

Now, an ironic interlude.
Russia loves Anthrax, and worked diligently for decades to improve and weaponise it.
Guess where the original Soviet samples came from?
Could it be from the animals that ended up in the world's largest Cow Cemetery?
As Daisy the Cow would have put it: Moo!
Sadly Daisy the Cow could not say it since she is burried there with the other cows.

As a couple of companies worth of soldiers got sick nobody raised an eyebrow about it.
It happens all the time with frozen starving soldiers left to rot alive in wet and cold trenches without proper gear and the ability to wash and change clothes.
As a few started to die other companies started to fall ill, and still more soldiers was sent in to continue digging.
Still nobody reacted.

As a couple of contractors ended up at the local hospital nobody reacted to that either, until a local oldtimer meandered in who had heard about it and pointed out that they probably had Anthrax due to digging into the Cow Cemetery he had helped dig as a youngster.

Now an ironic empasse.
Prior to becoming the Defence Minister Shoyghu was the Minister in Charge of Disaster Response.
He was even rather good at it and lead cleanupwork at several disaster sites like Kyshtym.

While Faux-generals did not care about (at this point) a few Russian soldiers had died, nothing happened at that end.
But, the local hospital called the regional hospital for help, and they called the Oblast Disaster Management Team who called the Governor of Crimea, and he called Moscow, and Shoyghu's successor rapidly called to Soyghurt since it technically is a war to stop Biolabs there...

Anthrax may be one of the few things that could sober Shoyghu up in a heartbeat and make him leave his cocain-fueled orgies and go to work.

Now, an ironic interlude.
The Russian contract soldiers at the beginning of the war would probably just have gotten a mild fever, and nobody would ever have become the wiser about things, at least for a while.
The reason is that they are theoretically all vaccinated against Anthrax first thing they arrived at base.
After all, the Russian army tend to have it lying around and as we learned accidents usually happens in Russia.
The Mobiks that dug?
Ha, nobody cares about mobiks being vaccinated, or not, as they liberate Biolabs in Ukraine (since they do not exist).

To their utmost surprise the Faux-generals learned that they had to fall back to designated areas deep behind the line, and not loiter while doing it, otherwise the generals would suffer demotion to latrine duty.
The governor got similar orders to evacuate the locals.
The soldiers was somewhat surprised to find that the designated areas had barbed wire around them with inward facing guard towers and that their weapons was confiscated.
Russia is very good at building Gulags after all, so they shmacked up a few of those and interned the soldiers from the area.

At the same time Shoyghu expedited wartime stores of Anthrax vaccine to the area, probably not effective and it may not even exist in the usual Russian fashion.
Then he sighed, and picked up the phone to the WHO.

Final ironic advertisement slot.
The reason that the Soviet union used this particular type as their starting point is that it is unusually good at infecting humans.
And if you run a few unhindered cycles through your improvised and unknowing Biolab specimens (mobiks), it will weaponise itself as it adapt to its new host.

Counteroffensive Anthrax Effects
Learning about this explains a few niggling things from the back of my head.
The timing of the Russian evacuation and withdrawal did not fit the timing of the limited push by Ukraine that was more or less designed to test Russian defences.
Why did Russians vamoose prior to the limited offensive?

Obviously the Ukrainian soldiers happily galumphed after the chubby-legged running Russians.
But, then they all of a sudden stopped right outside of Tokmak even though the third line was also abandoned, in fact, Tokmak itself was also abandoned.
A bit confused about this, the Ukrainians blew up Russian stores etcetera in case there was Russians hiding there in some sort of ruse.

Then the Ukrainian troops got the order to immediately halt all operation and done their ABC gear and go and pick up supplies.
The supplies turned out to be anthrax vaccines for the locals.
Why not use the soldiers as vaccination nurses, they are organised and there after all.
And most importantly, every single one of them is vaccinated due to it being a possibility that Russia would use weaponised anthrax against them.

I find the irony of it all to be so dark that it is incredible.
Anyway, when the locals have been vaccinated the Ukrainians will continue, and probably end up with oodles of anthrax Russians to treat and manage somehow.

This also could also be the reason that some units was moved out of the area alltogether to Bakhmut.
But, honestly I do not think this was the case since this started prior to the Cow Cemetery Epidemic started.

Now, the final question?
Is this a danger to people around the globe?
No, not at all.
But locally people will die, especially Russian mobiks since they all are imunocompromised."

Can't post what I know in full for opsec reasons, but eyes on Nova Kakhova.
The Ukrainians have launched an important attack but have sustained very heavy losses. However, if they are successful, it will be a major influence on the outcome of the war.

Seems like there are an increasing number of attacks happening on Russian soil being reported now. I assume the attacks have been underway continuously since the Russians commenced their war, the change is that they are becoming more frequent, more successful and increasingly harder for Russia to deny.

It’s all degrading Russian reserves, depleting resources and hampering logistics. They just won’t be able to counter Ukraine’s offensives as effectively as they will have been counting on.

Good to see Mardan rattled. Nazi twerp.

As I understand it, he ain't seen nothin yet.
He seems to lack self awareness complaining about the war happening on Russian territory, as if the Ukrainians are doing something wrong.

There has been terror, slaughter and destruction waged in Ukraine in the name of Russia for over 14 months now, tens of thousands of death on both sides and thousands of innocent civilians brutalised, raped, murdered, children killed and all in the name of an insane Russian imperialist.

I have no dislike or hatred towards normal Russian people, they're just like other peaceful people around the world. However, a few attacks on infrastructure well inside Russia might be what's needed to get the Russian people to stand up against their monstrous regime.

Or galvanise support for the war to protect Mother Russia.
